Alumni verification guide
Verify as a PETRONAS alumni account to enjoy exclusive discounts and get the latest updates on PETRONAS Shop launches.
Verify as an alumni account (for normal users).
At the homepage, a pop-out modal will appear. Click on Verify your account now, or;
Click on your account name and choose Personal details from the menu.
You will be directed to the My account page. Go to the Staff/alumni account section and click Verify.
From the dropdown menu, choose PETRONAS alumni.
Enter the email address registered with PETRONAS Alumni Club.
Done! Your alumni account will be activated upon successful verification of your email address and phone number.

Change from staff account to alumni account
If you have an active staff account, you can change to an alumni account. Click Change to PETRONAS Alumni account.
Enter the email address registered with PETRONAS Alumni Club.
Your staff account will be deactivated if you change to alumni account. Confirm by clicking Yes, change to alumni.
Done! Your alumni account will be activated upon successful verification of your email address and phone number.
Change from staff account to alumni account
